Meet the Douglasville Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Douglasville
Servo Garage Doors Douglasville runs on a small local crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. The technicians who show up at your door in Douglasville, Lithia Springs, Villa Rica, or Winston are the same people we work beside every week. Marcus Deller owns and operates this location, and he built the team around one requirement before The Haven Standard was ever put in writing in 2015: name the part, quote the price in writing, and leave documentation behind. These are the people who make that happen.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner and Lead Technician
Marcus has run Servo Garage Doors Douglasville since 2015, the year he set the founding rule that a customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. He still runs service calls himself most days, and you’ll hear him before you see him: he names components the way they’re labeled on the schematic, then translates what he just said into plain English. Before garage doors, he worked commercial construction in Cobb County, which is where he learned that documentation separates a real contractor from a guy with a truck. His repair notes read like evidence logs. He lives in Douglasville and has strong opinions about spring wire diameter and weak opinions about most other things.
Andre T., Senior Garage Door Installer
Andre joined the crew in 2018 and handles the larger installs: full door replacements, new construction sizing, and the heavy double-bay doors you see on newer homes out near the Douglasville Golf and Country Club corridor. He’s the one who works the section count math before the door ever leaves the warehouse, which catches order errors before they become driveway problems. Andre carries manufacturer certifications for Clopay and Amarr installation. He’s also the first to point out when a door opening is half an inch out of square, which he says he can feel, and which we’ve learned to trust.
Maria S., Service Coordinator
Maria is the first voice you hear when you call (470) 243-8314, and she’s been handling dispatch since 2019. She keeps the schedule aligned with what the technicians can actually execute, which is why our arrival windows are windows and not guesses. Maria is the one who sends the on-the-way text once a named technician is assigned. She’s fluent in Spanish and English, and she keeps the photo record and written scope files organized so every customer walks away with their documentation without asking twice. If a warranty question comes in, Maria pulls the file before the callback.
Devon R., Apprentice Technician
Devon is our newest hire and the reason Marcus spent 2025 rebuilding the training checklist around Clause 4 of The Haven Standard. He rides with Marcus or Andre on every call and works the diagnostics first: spring measurements, cable tension checks, limit switch tests. Devon is quick with multimeter readings and slow with cutting corners, which is exactly the order we want those two traits. He grew up in Paulding County and drives the loop through Douglasville every morning before traffic hits the I-20 interchange.
One Standard, Every Job

The thing that ties this crew together is not the uniform. It’s that every job closes the same way, whether it’s a broken torsion spring on a rental property near Fairburn Road or a full door replacement in Anneewakee Trails. The price is written before work starts, per Clause 1 of The Haven Standard. The failed part gets photographed before a replacement quote exists, per Clause 4. And when the job is done, the customer gets a written scope, a photo record of what was found and what was changed, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise behind it. That promise is not a handshake. It’s on the page. Every technician at our Douglasville location works to that same standard, and every one of them can show you the paperwork that proves it.
